Requirements: We are looking for 5+ years of experience in Applied AI, ML, or MLOps.We need strong Python skills and experience building production AI systems.We value experience with LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows.We are looking for exposure to AI infrastructure, deployment, evaluation, or optimisation.We want a startup mindset with a hands-on, product-focused approach.Computer vision, video, VFX, rendering, or graphics experience is beneficial. We are a pre-seed video and computer vision startup building cutting-edge agentic workflows and AI-powered video tools for large-scale media environments. We already have multiple deals signed and are running frontier AI models in production, making this a rare opportunity to join as our first dedicated AI hire. This is a founding-level role with high autonomy, direct collaboration with our founders, equity, and the chance to make a significant impact on our product and technical direction. The role is based in London on a hybrid basis, with one day a fortnight in our London office. We offer a salary of £100,000 to £140,000, equity, free parking, on-site parking, and work from home flexibility.
