Salary: £43,500 - 74,500 per year
Requirements: We require candidates to be UK nationals, or eligible dual nationals, and eligible to obtain BPSS Security Clearance.We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant.You should have strong experience delivering SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions.You should have proven SAP Payroll implementation and/or application support experience across multiple project lifecycles.You should have excellent knowledge of UK payroll processing, including year-end activities.You should have strong experience writing Payroll PCRs and Schemas.You should have a good understanding of Personnel Administration and payroll-related legal changes.You should have experience integrating payroll with Employee Central and third-party systems.You should have broad SAP technical awareness, including areas such as ABAP, Security, BASIS and integrations.You should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience within the Public Sector or other highly regulated environments is desirable.Additional country payroll experience, such as Saudi Arabia/KSA, would be advantageous.Experience working on large-scale SAP transformation programmes is desirable. Responsibilities: We configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).We support solution build, integration with Employee Central, testing, UAT and cutover activities.We assist with payroll parallel runs and post-go-live support.We work collaboratively with technical and functional teams to resolve issues and deliver high-quality solutions.We produce functional documentation, solution designs, specifications and other project artefacts.We work effectively within a multi-supplier delivery environment.We provide effort estimates and contribute to successful project delivery.We support knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members where required. We are hiring for a major SAP transformation programme and offering an initial contract on a competitive day rate. The role is primarily remote across the UK, with occasional travel to Farnham. This is an excellent opportunity to support the build, testing, deployment and early-life support of a modern SAP payroll solution on a large-scale enterprise implementation.
