Salary: £28,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements: Previous experience in a Systems Coordinator, Systems Administrator, IT Support or similar role.Experience supporting ERP systems; Khaos Control or similar would be beneficial.Good working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate and Power BI.Understanding of network security and business continuity principles.Strong database management and reporting skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.Strong communication skills with confidence to liaise across all areas of the business.Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in improving systems and processes. Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for our outsourced IT provider.Manage relationships with external technology partners to ensure excellent service delivery.Monitor and maintain network security, supporting business continuity and data protection.Support, maintain and develop our ERP system.Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases.Support and enhance Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate and Power BI solutions.Manage remote access software and integrated third-party business applications.Develop and maintain databases, ensuring accurate reporting and accessible business information.Produce reports and analyse data to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and business performance.Maintain IT policies, procedures and technical documentation.Ensure systems remain compliant with our company standards and industry best practice.
