Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in 2nd/3rd line infrastructure supportStrong experience with Microsoft Server and Azure/M365 E5Experience managing VMware vSphere and SAN storageConfidence communicating complex technical detail to both technical and non-technical peopleSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to lead by exampleAbility to pick things up quickly and get stuck in Responsibilities: Own 2nd/3rd line support across core Microsoft Server, Active Directory, SQL, and the M365 E5 stackWork hands-on with Azure, including operations, administration, and ongoing cloud developmentManage the VMware and SAN estate, including ESXi, vCentre, and physical server hardwareSupport core networking across LAN/WAN, firewalls, switching, and WiFiWork within a zero trust security model and follow cyber best practice standardsCreate documentation and training materials that genuinely help the businessHelp improve, shape, and evolve the infrastructure and Azure cloud estate Technologies: Active DirectoryAzureCloudHardwareSupportLANSQLSecurityVMwareDevOpsFirewall More:
