Salary: £26,000 - 61,000 per year
Requirements: Experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or a related field.Strong understanding of how users interact with products.Knowledge of product development, user needs, and stakeholder management.Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and similar product development approaches.Understanding of product life cycles, roadmaps, and strategy.Detail-oriented and execution-driven.Ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder demands.Leadership skills to guide teams and influence stakeholders without direct line management.Strong communication skills to explain complex systems and ideas across R&D and Product Management.Ability to make timely and effective decisions based on product goals and customer needs.Empathy for customer needs and the ability to advocate for them.Strong focus and ability to prioritise and manage the product backlog.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose aligned solutions.Conflict resolution skills.Ability to clarify ambiguity and use sound judgment where needed.Ability to measure and analyse outcomes and impacts of product development and delivery.Ability to commute to Dunfermline, KY11 9NB, or relocate before starting work.Right to work in the United Kingdom. Responsibilities: Act as the voice of the customer and stakeholders for our R&D team.Report to the local Head of R&D and manage the product backlog for key products within our group.Create, maintain, and track tasks for new features, changes to existing features, defects, and bugs.Translate stakeholder needs and product strategy into actionable user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria in Jira.Prioritise the feature backlog based on the product roadmap to maximise business value.Ensure work in progress meets product requirements through acceptance and UX criteria.Guide changes before and after completion to maintain product quality.Work closely with our development team to define how features and interactions should be built.Set development priorities in line with the product roadmap and our R&D process and technologies.Collaborate with team leads and the Program Manager to ensure process compliance and that deadlines are met.Report deviations from initial plans and keep all stakeholders informed.
