Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements: We require SAFe RTE and Leading SAFe accreditation.We require at least 2 years experience as a Release Train Engineer within a software delivery environment.We require experience working with Scrum and scaled agile frameworks, including SAFe.We require proven people leadership and coaching experience.We require experience facilitating PI Planning and other scaled agile events.We require strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.We require experience driving continuous improvement and agile transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: We lead and facilitate PI Planning events, ensuring teams and stakeholders are aligned on objectives, priorities, and dependencies.We monitor progress against PI objectives and help resolve Product Delivery Stream impediments.We support risk management and stakeholder engagement.We facilitate scaled agile events including PDS Syncs and System Demos.We coach and mentor Scrum Masters, leaders, and teams to build collaboration, capability, and agile maturity.We drive improvements in the flow of value by removing bottlenecks, limiting work in progress, and streamlining processes.We foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement through Inspect and Adapt sessions and experimentation.We contribute to our agile transformation roadmap by embedding new practices and cascading changes across the Product Delivery Stream.
