Salary: £28,000 - 31,000 per year
Requirements: We require an IT qualification at Level 2 or five GCSEs at grades A-C, or equivalent.We are looking for experience providing IT support, or a strong interest in developing within the IT sector.We need familiarity with hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting.You should be highly organised with strong problem-solving and workload-management skills.You should be comfortable working independently while being supported by our wider Cardiff-based team.You should be customer-focused with a professional and approachable manner. Responsibilities: We provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.We manage helpdesk tickets and complete tasks within agreed SLA timeframes.We build, configure, and install PCs, laptops, and software applications.We support Windows, Mac, and Chrome operating systems, Office 365, and Google Workspace.We troubleshoot printers, scanners, photocopiers, audiovisual equipment, and Wi-Fi networks.We support mobile devices through Microsoft Intune, Google Workspace for Education, and the Hwb Digital Learning Platform.
