Requirements: Proven experience leading infrastructure testing within large enterprise environments.Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux servers, VMware, virtualization, networking, storage, and enterprise infrastructure.Experience with Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT), Operational Readiness Testing (ORT), and non-functional testing.Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.Experience testing high availability, resilience, backup and recovery, monitoring, and security.Experience using Jira for test planning, execution, and defect management.Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. Responsibilities: Lead the infrastructure test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting.Manage infrastructure testing, OAT, ORT, resilience, failover, disaster recovery, and non-functional testing.Coordinate testing across infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and operations teams.Develop test plans, test scripts, traceability, and test evidence.Manage defects and reporting using Jira.Validate operational readiness, including backup and recovery, monitoring, logging, security controls, and runbooks.Provide regular status updates, risk reporting, and stakeholder communications.Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tooling, and automation. We are recruiting an experienced Infrastructure Test Lead to join a major infrastructure transformation programme. We will work across on-premise and cloud environments to ensure solutions are fully validated before production. In this role, we will collaborate closely with Infrastructure, DevOps, Cloud, Security, and Operations teams, covering Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT), Operational Readiness Testing (ORT), Infrastructure Testing, and Non-Functional Testing.
