Requirements: Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.Extensive experience with Azure networking.Strong hands-on Terraform / Infrastructure as Code experience.Good Python and/or scripting experience.Experience with cloud automation and CI/CD.Experience designing and engineering enterprise-scale cloud solutions.Strong understanding of cloud security and governance.Experience with Linux/UNIX environments.Experience with containers such as Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift is advantageous.Strong practical experience with Azure VNets, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, routing, private connectivity, hybrid cloud networking, and network security and segmentation.Experience within a large enterprise environment is essential; banking or financial services experience is strongly preferred.Understanding of engineering within a highly regulated environment, including security and risk controls, cloud governance, enterprise architecture standards, change and release processes, resilience and availability, access and privileged access controls, and regulatory and audit requirements. We are Bank of America, and we are hiring two experienced Azure Network Engineers to join our Cloud & Data Centre Services team in Dublin on a hybrid basis, with three days onsite per week. This is a 12-month contract with scope for extension. The role is a hands-on cloud engineering opportunity focused on building and automating enterprise-scale Azure networking solutions using Terraform, Python and scripting, and it is not an application support or BAU support role.
