Salary: £65,000 - 75,000 per year

Responsibilities: Lead the software development team in planning, designing, prototyping, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions that align with project requirements.Provide accurate development estimates to support project planning and realistic timelines.Establish and maintain high standards of software quality, including coding practices, testing, and documentation.Manage the performance, development, and capability of developers through regular meetings, feedback, and development planning.Facilitate collaboration across functional teams to ensure software solutions meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations.Assist the development team in identifying and resolving impediments to maintain momentum and efficiency.Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback.Drive high-quality outcomes through effective testing, debugging, and CI/CD practices.Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and transparency.Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices to improve development practices.
