Salary: £65,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements: Strong experience designing, implementing and supporting enterprise LAN and WAN networking environments.Hands-on experience supporting cloud networking technologies, particularly within Microsoft Azure environments.Advanced knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, WAN, WLAN and network troubleshooting.Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Prisma Access, Global Protect and Panorama.Knowledge of SD-WAN, MPLS, BGP, EIGRP and VPN technologies.Experience with network monitoring and management platforms.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise as a subject matter expert within our Network Infrastructure team.Deliver high-quality support across enterprise networking environments, ensuring service levels and operational excellence are maintained.Support and maintain LAN, WAN, firewall and cloud networking technologies.Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise network performance and availability.Perform trend analysis and problem management activities to identify and resolve recurring issues.Develop and maintain operational processes, procedures and documentation.Ensure networking solutions are secure, resilient and aligned with information security standards.Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and service providers to deliver network services and transformation objectives.
