Salary: £90,000 - 120,000 per year
Requirements: Proven SAP PLM and SAP IPD implementation experience, with hands-on guidance across all delivery phasesProven SAP EPPM delivery experienceAbility to align process with business objectives and drive continuous improvementEnterprise-first mindset and sound judgment for decisions that benefit the whole organisationHigh levels of influence, credibility, and presence with senior stakeholdersStrong ability to navigate complexity and ambiguityCollaborative approach with the ability to align diverse groups behind a shared directionComfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving requirementsUnderstanding of how process design connects to data, systems, controls, and integration pointsAbility to work effectively with Business Process Owners and Senior Business LeadersStrong communication skills with clarity, influence, and empathyHighly organised with the ability to manage competing prioritiesResilient, adaptable, and solutions-oriented Responsibilities: Lead the design, delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of a global technology platform supporting end-to-end business processesOwn the global functional solution, technical standards, delivery and operations governance, and technical documentation for the end-to-end ERP processDefine and maintain global solution blueprints, technical decision rights, IT controls, and IT policiesEnsure standardisation and harmonisation of ERP solutions across markets and functionsProvide hands-on SAP PLM and SAP IPD implementation experience and guidance across design, build, test, deployment, and sustain phasesInput into the design authority for the processAct as guardian of the global template during deployment waves and ensure alignment with S/4HANA and SAP IPD principlesPartner with Business Process Owners, SMEs, Data, and other Solution Owners to ensure integrated and coherent designsDeliver ongoing business-as-usual changes to the legacy SAP ECC landscapeProvide functional expertise to address critical SAP ECC operational issuesOwn legacy SAP systems lifecycle management, including functional upgrades, legal and tax changes, and change-related IT controlsResolve cross-functional process issues, conflicts, and dependenciesMinimise deviations from global standards and ensure adherence to governance frameworksDefine process KPIs, controls, and continuous improvement mechanismsPartner with Business Process Owners, Process Experts, Local Process Experts, and Functional Leaders to embed and sustain process changesEnsure effective integration across interconnected processes such as L2C, S2P, and R2DCollaborate closely with Data, Compliance, Cyber Security, Architecture, Testing, and Change teamsEnsure business process availability by working closely with Tech Support teams and applying SAP functional expertise when neededMonitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, automation, and digitisationEnsure ERP applications continue to evolve in support of the organisations long-term strategy Technologies: ERPSupportSAPSecurityE2E More:
