Requirements: We need you to work from our office in Bury town centre, Manchester.You must be able to communicate fluently.You should be confident using technology.You should be comfortable handling enquiries by phone, online chat, social media and email.Knowledge of Freshdesk would be a plus.A willingness to learn basic coding concepts is helpful, although no coding knowledge is required.We are looking for someone with 1 year of experience. We are Booking Online Ltd, an award-winning company experiencing continued growth in the US markets and a new phase of expansion into additional markets. We are growing our Manchester-based customer service team and offer a full-time, permanent in-person role with a competitive salary of £24,784 to £26,000 per year.
