Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience in a Product Manager role with responsibility for products throughout their lifecycle.Experience working with telematics, video telematics, fleet technology, SaaS, or related technology products.Understanding of product management methodologies and Agile delivery frameworks.Experience gathering customer requirements and translating them into clear product priorities.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer, technical, and business needs.Ability to analyse data and use insights to support decision-making.Desirable: experience within the transport, logistics, fleet, or commercial vehicle sectors.Desirable: knowledge of telematics technologies including GPS tracking, vehicle data, driver behaviour, and camera solutions.Desirable: understanding of regulatory requirements relating to fleet operations and compliance.Desirable: experience supporting go-to-market activities and product launches.Desirable: familiarity with IoT, connected vehicle technologies, or cloud-based platforms. Responsibilities: Own and evolve key areas of our telematics and video telematics product portfolio, helping to shape the product roadmap and future direction.Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and industry experts to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and translate insights into product enhancements.Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Delivery teams to define requirements, prioritise development activity, and deliver high-quality solutions.Support product launches by working with Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to create compelling product messaging and customer communications.Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement and commercial success.Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring our products deliver real value to fleet operators and remain competitive within the transport technology market.
