The Business Controlling team at Shine Over the next year we will create a best-in-class business finance unit, automate reporting cycles and build a team where we spend our time creating insights to help the business grow and evolve, to ensure we deliver and exceed our top-line targets. Your role as a Senior Business Controller As a Senior Business Controller, you will work within a dynamic, international environment to drive business performance, support strategic decision-making, and communicate financial insights effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of topline reporting, partake in developing KPI frameworks, and providing financial analysis that guides leadership decisions. This position involves strategic financial analysis, collaboration, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, cross-border business environment.
