We're looking for an experienced and visionary Global Employer Branding Manager to define how the world experiences Demant as an employer. Welcome to Global Talent Acquisition Our HR organization consists of approximately 400 talented professionals working across the globe to attract, develop, and empower the people who drive Demant's continued success. You will join Demant's Global Talent Acquisition, reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition. The position is based at our Demant HQ in Smørum. You'll lead one of Demant's most visible talent agendas with clear leadership support and the freedom to shape how our employer brand evolves globally. This is a role with significant visibility and influence. You'll collaborate with senior leaders, creative partners, and colleagues across regions to build an employer brand that is authentic, distinctive, and globally consistent while remaining locally relevant. Shape the future of our Employer Brand As our Global Employer Branding Manager, you'll develop the strategy, frameworks, and partnerships that position Demant as an employer of choice across key talent markets. You'll combine data with creativity, strategy with execution, and global consistency with local relevance to create experiences that resonate with candidates and employees alike. In this role, you will: Translate Demant's global Employer Value Proposition into a scalable employer branding strategy that strengthens our position as an employer of choice across priority talent markets. Create the governance and collaboration model that brings together Global Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications around one clear employer brand. Partner with external creative agencies to develop engaging content, campaigns, videos, social storytelling, and other employer branding initiatives that inspire candidates and employees. Build and grow a global employee advocacy programme that empowers colleagues to become authentic ambassadors for Demant and amplifies employee voices across channels. Use data, market insights, and performance metrics to continuously evolve our employer brand and measure business impact. Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global concepts for local markets while protecting the consistency and integrity of our global brand. Own and continuously develop Demant's Graduate Programme, creating meaningful development experiences for our early-career talent. Stay ahead of trends in employer branding, recruitment marketing, digital engagement, and talent attraction, bringing fresh thinking and new ideas into our work. Develop talent market intelligence that helps us understand competitors, talent expectations, and future capability needs. Advise senior leaders on employer branding strategy and talent market positioning. Design and implement new early-career initiatives that strengthen our long-term talent pipeline and help attract the next generation of colleagues. What you bring You hold a bachelor's or master’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Furthermore, you bring around 8-10 + years of experience leading within employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, communications, marketing, or a related discipline, and you've successfully built initiatives that strengthen an employer brand and create measurable impact. You're comfortable moving between strategic discussions with senior leaders and hands-on collaboration with agencies, creatives, recruiters, and local stakeholders. You enjoy bringing people together around a shared vision and know how to transform ideas into action. We're looking for someone who brings: Experience developing and executing employer branding or recruitment marketing strategies in a global or international environment. Good project management skills and experience leading external agency partnerships. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across multiple functions. A data-driven mindset combined with creativity and curiosity. Experience with graduate programmes, talent programmes, or early-career initiatives is an advantage. A passion for storytelling, branding, and creating experiences that people genuinely want to be part of.
