Are you motivated by translating business needs into smart system solutions and collaborating with colleagues across countries and cultures? We are looking for an HRIS Project Manager & Implementation Specialist to support the purchase, implementation, configuration and rollout of a new global HR system. Once we have a successful, scalable global setup in place, your role will transition into HRIS Superuser & HR Data Analyst, supporting and optimizing the system across the organization. You will join a team of four dedicated HR professionals and report directly to the Head of Group People & Culture. You will also work closely with the Chief Information Officer, Group IT, the global People & Culture team, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a successful, stable, and well adopted solution. Your main responsibilities As our HRIS PM & Implementation Specialist, you will ensure that the HRIS functionality and design is aligned with global business needs while adapting to local processes and respecting GDPR. During the first 1-2 years with MAKEEN Energy, your primary responsibilities will include: Over time, you will take on the role as Group Superuser and HR data analyst, becoming the “go-to-person" for all our entities, supporting the implementation of additional modules based on business needs, driving continuous improvements, new version releases, training of new joiners, and building long-term HRIS governance. You will help us analyse organizational trends and provide data-driven insights to improve our HR strategies.
