£12.85 per hour
Key responsibilities to include:
Supervising pupils in dining halls, playgrounds, and other designated areas.Ensuring the safety and welfare of all children at all times.Encouraging positive behaviour and reinforcing school expectations.Supporting children in developing social skills, friendships, and cooperative play.Managing minor incidents, disputes, and accidents appropriately.Promoting inclusion and ensuring all pupils are engaged and supported.Reporting safeguarding, behavioural, health, or welfare concerns to appropriate staff.Assisting with first aid procedures in line with school policies (where trained).Helping maintain a clean, orderly, and safe lunchtime environment.
