About the role You will work under the guidance of class teachers to support pupils’ learning, development, and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting teaching, learning, and play activities. Encouraging positive behaviour and inclusion. Assisting children’s personal, social and emotional development. Supporting pupils with additional needs. Creating a safe, engaging and welcoming environment.About you We are looking for someone who:
Has GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Has experience of working with children in a school, nursery or youth setting. Is committed to safeguarding, inclusion and teamwork.
