Evidence of continuous professional development.Experience of working with young people and families in a Secondary School setting.Experience of providing counselling/pastoral support or careers guidance within a Secondary School setting.The ability to maintain positive relationships with students and other adults.The ability to work effectively and sensitively with a range of groups and individuals.
