Executive Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team

Part time, Permanent

37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Grade F (£32,061 FTE)

Glebe Farm School is a newly established, purpose-built all-through school located in the thriving community of Glebe Farm. Once fully operational, the school will accommodate up to 1,569 pupils. As part of the Inspiring Futures through Learning Multi-Academy Trust, we are committed to delivering an outstanding 21st-century curriculum to all our pupils.

We are looking for an experienced, highly organised, and professional Executive Assistant to provide confidential administrative and executive support to our Senior Leadership Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

Provide high-level executive and administrative support, including diary management and minute taking.

Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, managing communications professionally and confidentially.

Coordinate meetings, projects, and follow-up actions to ensure deadlines and priorities are achieved.

Prepare and manage documentation to support compliance with DfE, ESFA, Ofsted, and Trust requirements.
