We are seeking to appoint a School Administrator to join us from October half term.

Have experience working in a busy office environmentDemonstrate strong communication, literacy, numeracy and IT skillsCarry out reception duties, acting as the first point of contact for telephone and face-to-face enquiriesCommunicate effectively with staff, governors, visitors, contractors, pupils and their families/carersShow a willingness to learn and develop new skillsRead and action or forward all email in [email protected] email addressMonitor stock levels, order office supplies and equipment and check incoming deliveriesOrganise all maintenance and repairs required in the schoolDraft all letters, newsletter, texts and emails to parentsOversee the booking and payment systems for wrap around clubs, school lunches and tripsProvide all financial or other information required by the YCAT central teamManage the return of data required by NYCC and the DfEManage applications, admissions and the timetable for the Nursery and apply for the Nursery fundingBook all school trips, residentials and swimming lessons and manage the associated permissionsCarry out DBS checks and maintain the Single Central RegisterLiaise with NYCC HR for any staff contract changesBe the point of contact for the cleaners, cook, NYCC IT and Music services and any visiting contractors
