Key Responsibilities
Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absences, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment. Deliver pre-set lesson instructions and maintain pupil engagement and behaviour. Respond to general student queries and provide feedback to teaching staff. Support with exam invigilation and accompany students on educational visits. Provide administrative and pastoral support when not supervising lessons. Maintain accurate attendance records and manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Assist with classroom displays and curriculum-related admin tasks.

Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Confident in managing classroom behaviour and supporting a range of learning needs. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Flexible, proactive, and a team player.
Has GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent). Has strong ICT and numeracy skills. Able to build positive relationships with students and staff.
