Your duties will include:
Supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning Delivering interventions to groups and individual pupils Working closely with teachers to address the needs of identified pupils with SEND Use sports/outdoor activities to provide help and support to meet an individual’s needs Planning and delivering after school/extra-curricular activitiesThe successful candidate will require
