Madingley Hall is part of the University of Cambridge Professional and Continuing Education department. Built in the 16th century, this elegant country house has 16 well-equipped meeting rooms, 62 ensuite bedrooms, a professional kitchen, licensed bar, coffee shop, Lodge House available as rentable short-stay accommodation and is set in 8-acres of grounds including superb Capability Brown designed gardens.

The Role

Madingley Hall and Gardens is seeking to appoint one positive, friendly and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join a busy, award-winning team to provide a professional food and beverage service to course members, customers and staff. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of customer service, hygiene and safety are maintained at all times.

You will display excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently while in a pressurised environment providing excellent levels of customer care and attention. You will also be required to perform duty manager shifts on rota basis.
