We’re seeking an experienced and driven Head of Faculty Finance to join our dynamic Finance leadership team at the University of Southampton. In this pivotal role, you'll provide expert financial guidance to one of our academic faculties, working closely with senior leaders to support world-class research, teaching, and innovation.

A qualified accountant with substantial post-qualification experience Proven ability to lead teams and influence at a senior level Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills A collaborative, proactive approach with excellent communication abilities
