Primary Responsibilities Include:
Supervises and coordinates activities of room attendants, house attendant, public area cleaners and floor supervisors and Assistant Executive Housekeepers.Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff and allocate work sections to the room attendants.Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, record and report through appropriate channels and ensure a follow up is done to close any open glitches.Oversee the work of all housekeeping staff and ensure staff compliance with established safety and sanitation policies and standards. Report and coordinate the maintenance work with the Technical Services team, in respective areas, to keep the property well maintained.Ensure correct par stock levels of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen etc,Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department.Conduct daily briefings with the Housekeeping team.Check the daily arrival list to have detailed information regarding arrivals and room requirements.
Requirements
What You Bring:
Experience providing exceptional guest service and working in a fast-paced environment.Friendly and attentive demeanor; ability to answer questions.Strong communications skills to interact with guests.Previous experience in a similar role with good knowledge of supervisory skills.
