About this role
1. 負責施工進度掌控、契約工項數量核算、工程款請領、廠包商計價估驗 2. 辦理變更設計、書圖釋疑、工期展延等程序 3. 清查工程圖面、施工障礙與圖面澄清與釋疑、施工網圖編排與繪製、標單和工程數量清算 4. 管理工地費用損益表，並與總公司分擔部分的工程報價採發 5. 製作竣工文件，負責驗收資料，並製作移交清冊等 6. 統整施工日報、相片、報表、施工計畫書等文書資料 7. 主管交辦事項
