1. 透過電話、Email等方式回應捐款人，提供親切且專業的服務 2. 處理捐款資料（輸入、核對、更新），確保正確與安全性 3. 維護CRM系統，整理捐款人回饋並協助優化服務流程 4. 英文網站內容更新與基本維護、捐款人溝通與信件往來 5. 報表整理與基本數據分析 6. 支援募款活動及相關行政作業 7. 完成主管交辦之工作事項
