1.領導製程工程團隊，制定並執行工程改善計畫 2.分析並解決製程中出現的技術及品質問題 3.推動SMT、Wave Soldering等製程穩定與良率提升 4.熟悉PCBA製造流程，並能導入新產品製程（NPI） 5.對Battery Pack與Box Build製程具備實務經驗者佳 6.配合品保、製造、客戶及供應商等部門進行跨部門協作 7.定期向管理階層及國際客戶進行技術簡報及進度回報
