Halloween & Winter Events 2026 Various Locations - Coventry, Bristol, Birmingham, South Wales, Flexible Evening Shifts Competitive Rates of Pay Own Transport Essential Excel Medical Solutions is seeking professional and reliable Event Medical Responders to join our bank workforce for the busy Halloween and Winter Events season. Availability Successful applicants should be available for a range of evening shifts throughout October, November and December, including weekends where possible.

Willingness to complete the XL Team training programme (unpaid).Full UK manual driving licence held for 12 months or more.Customer service or public-facing experience.Demonstrated teamwork experience.Able to work calmly, professionally and courteously in pressured environmentsGood communication skills and ability to follow instructions.Candidates must demonstrate the physical and mental capacity to safely perform the duties of an event medical responder. This includes the ability to respond quickly to medical emergencies, provide first aid or life-saving interventions, manage challenging or stressful situations, and work for extended periods in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable event environment. Applicants should be capable of safely lifting, moving, or assisting patients where required and maintain concentration, decision-making, and composure under pressure.Any prior medical, first aid, or responder training (FAW, AED, FREC 3, FPOS etc.).
