Main duties of the job The Children's Continence Support Worker will be part of the Children's Continence Team at HCRG Care Group, delivering essential nursing care and support. The role involves working closely with Registered Nurses to provide health advice, education, and training to children, young people, and their families. The support worker will engage with both statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure high-quality and coordinated care services. Essential qualifications include experience with children with additional needs, bladder, and bowel needs, and effective communication skills. The role requires a commitment to client-centered practices and the ability to prioritize and organize workload efficiently. This part-time position, requiring 22.5 hours a week at the Saltway Centre, involves working under the direction of a Registered Nurse to cater to community and primary care settings
