Job summary <p>Are you a <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">compassionate</span> and motivated nurse looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people? We are seeking a dedicated <strong>Childrens Continence Nurse</strong> to join our friendly, <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">supportive</span> team at the <strong>Saltway Centre</strong>. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to deliver high-quality continence care, <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">support</span> early intervention, and empower young people to achieve greater independence.
