The service ensures a friendly, supportive environment with opportunities for professional development through the Preceptorship Programme. Working hours cover a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours each week, with operations spanning seven days a week from 8:00am to 8:00pm. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle access are necessary for work duties.

Working closely with Senior Sisters, multidisciplinary colleagues, patients and carers, you will help deliver safe, effective and evidence-based care tailored to each individual's needs. You will manage your workload independently while contributing to the wider team, ensuring patient care is prioritised appropriately and any changes in a patient's condition are identified and escalated promptly. You will also play an active role in health promotion, service improvements, clinical audits and the ongoing development of community nursing services. Key responsibilities include:

Essential qualifications include being a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration, having a diploma level qualification or equivalent, along with evidence of continuing professional development.
