The Multi-Site Clinical Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a range of clinical services, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with CQC standards, and driving continuous improvement across all service areas. Main duties of the job
Lead operational performance across multiple healthcare services.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards, governance and quality requirements.
Provide leadership for recruitment, performance management and workforce development.
Manage quality, incidents, complaints, audits and risk management.
Build effective relationships with commissioners and key stakeholders.
Support service planning, business continuity and continuous improvement.
Develop policies, performance reports and service development plans.
Provide on-call operational support where required.
