Qualifications Essential
A current NMC registration is required to join as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN). You must have comprehensive knowledge of the latest clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans, performing detailed risk assessments, and understanding regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines is critical. A dedicated and compassionate approach with a focus on person-centred care is essential.
