Job summary Join Our Clinical Systems Team - Make Digital Healthcare Work We're on the lookout for 2 x permanent and 1 x fixed term/secondment Clinical Systems Service Desk & System Administration Officer (Band 4) to join our team based at Edward Jenner Court. If you enjoy problem-solving, helping people, and working with systems that genuinely make a difference--this could be the role for you. ? What you'll be doing: Being the first point of contact for staff needing help with clinical systems Troubleshooting issues and seeing them through to resolution Supporting system updates, improvements and projects Managing user access and identity (Registration Authority) Working with clinicians, digital teams and external partners ? You'll be supporting systems used by over 5,000 staff , helping ensure patient care can run smoothly every day. ?
