Job summary

We're looking for an organised, customer-focused Recruitment & Retention Co-ordinator to support the Trust's community services investment programme. Working under the Workforce Recruitment & Retention Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for recruiting managers and candidates, keeping vacancies moving smoothly from approval through to a new starter's first day.

You'll maintain accurate vacancy trackers, flag delays and gaps early, and support pre-employment checks in line with NHS Employment Check Standards. You'll manage your own workload against programme priorities, escalate complex issues with clear context, and help drive continuous improvement across recruitment and onboarding.
