The role of a Care Assistant includes providing high-quality personal care and support to residents, assisting with medication administration and recording, supporting residents with daily living activities and routines, building meaningful relationships and providing companionship, helping enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement, promoting residents' dignity, independence, and well-being, and working as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
