The Construction Finance Department is in charge of ensuring the right forecast regarding volume, profitability and cash flow. As being a Business Partner we are improving transparency and support decision making with creating insights in order to get the most value for the company. Responsibilities: - Act as Finance Business Partner for Construction stakeholders, providing financial insights and decision support - Deliver management, departmental, and ad hoc reporting, including performance reviews and variance analysis - Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, labor cost analysis, and FTE planning - Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives - Manage month-end close activities, including accruals, cost validation, and budget monitoring - Maintain cost center structures, allocations, and financial governance while supporting audit activities - Drive process improvements, standardization initiatives, and implementation of FCC guidelines - Collaborate with Regional and Group Finance to ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting requirements Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field - 3-5+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Financial Controlling, or FP&A - Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and month-end close processes - Experience partnering with business stakeholders and supporting operational decision-making - Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, German language knowledge is an advantage Competencies: - Effective business partnering, stakeholder management, and communication skills - Excellent analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities - Ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate effectively across functions - High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational discipline - Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement - Ability to work independently while building effective cross-functional networks Your benefits – because your contribution counts: - Start & Perspective: Structured onboarding program and a permanent employment contract with long-term prospects - Development & Skills: Varied work in a forward-looking industry and individual opportunities for professional growth - Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: Overtime account, option to work from home up to 8 days per month, 30 days of vacation plus Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve off, and the option for a sabbatical - Add-Ons: Business bike, gym allowance, company pension plan, Germany-wide train ticket (Deutschlandticket) - Team & Culture: Scandinavian-inspired with flat hierarchies, informal culture, and great team spirit
