Responsibilities:
Analyze software asset management and software licensing processes.Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders.Support software compliance and optimization initiatives.Design and improve SAM-related workflows and reporting.Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and developers.Ensure alignment between business requirements and platform capabilities.
Requirements:
5+ years of Business Analysis experience.Strong experience with ServiceNow SAM.Knowledge of software licensing, compliance, and software asset lifecycle management.Experience with data analysis and process improvement.Fluent German (C1) and English.EU-based location.
