Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze complex business requirements across multiple ServiceNow modules.Support platform governance, architecture standards, and best practices.Collaborate with architects to define scalable and maintainable solutions.Evaluate business impacts of architectural decisions.Ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap.Support implementation and platform optimization initiatives.
Requirements:
5+ years of Business Analysis experience.Strong ServiceNow platform expertise.Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and governance models.Experience working closely with solution architects and technical teams.Excellent analytical and communication skills.Fluent German (C1) and English.EU-based location.
