Mansioni: - l'Associate Designer parteciperà e fornirà supporto in tutte le fasi di progettazione per la creazione della collezione di abbigliamento Napapijri, che comprende diverse categorie - riporta direttamente al Direttore del Design, proporre idee creative e soluzioni di design, lavori legati alla ricerca di tendenze e alla realizzazione di bozzetti - lavoro a stretto contatto con il team di progettazione, lo sviluppo prodotto e il merchandiser sul brief assegnato, garantendo l'allineamento con la direzione stagionale del marchio e le esigenze aziendali - supportare il team di progettazione nell'esecuzione dei concept e dei brief stagionali - ricercare le tendenze in fatto di lifestyle e attività all'aperto e restare aggiornato sugli stili contemporanei - progettare nuovi prodotti in linea con le tendenze del momento, nonché rielaborare articoli di successo del passato - collaborare con i designer per creare coerenza del marchio e sviluppare concept stagionali e strategie cromatiche - disegnare nuovi modelli stagionali e creare modelli HO perfetti - assistere il team di progettazione nella realizzazione di panoramiche delle collezioni
Requisiti: - esperienza pregressa nel settore da 1 - 3 anni, come stilista di abbigliamento. - laurea triennale in Design della Moda - buona conoscenza dell'italiano - ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese - ottima conoscenza della progettazione CAD e grande competenza nell'utilizzo di Illustrator, Photoshop e InDesign. - costituiscono titolo preferenziale la conoscenza e l'esperienza aggiuntive nella progettazione basata sull'intelligenza artificiale - solida conoscenza dello sviluppo del prodotto - capacità di instaurare solide relazioni con i colleghi diretti e con i colleghi di altri dipartimenti - persona estremamente organizzata, in grado di gestire contemporaneamente più attività - grande attenzione ai dettagli - flessibile e capace di adattarsi ai cambiamenti - licenza di condurre cat.B - automunito/a

The Associate Designer will participate and assist in all design steps to create the Napapijri apparel collection across multiple categories.
Reporting to the Design Director, you will propose creative ideas and design solutions, work on trend research and sketches.
You will work in close partnership with the design team, product development, and merchandiser on the designated brief, ensuring alignment with the brand seasonal direction and the business needs.
How You Will Make a Difference
Support Design in the execution of seasonal concepts and briefs.
Research Lifestyle and Outdoor trends and staying up to date on contemporary styles.
Design new, trend driven product as well as evolving successful items from the past.
Partner with Designers and to create brand consistency and to build seasonal concepts and colors strategy.
Sketch new seasonal designs and create perfect HO.
Assist Design with making collection overviews
Skills For Success
BA in Fashion Design.
1/3 years of experience working as a apparel Designer.
Fluent in English.
Good Knowledge of CAD design and great skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Additional knowledge and experience with AI design is preferred.
Strong product development knowledge.
Ability to build strong relationships with direct colleagues and across departments.
Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent attention to details.
Flexible and adaptive to change.
