About this role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to join a fast-growing company in the merchant cash advance (MCA) industry. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead a team of five operations professionals (three onshore and two offshore), optimize core business processes, and help scale the company's operational infrastructure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five operations professionals. Oversee daily operations, including deal processing, payments, reporting, and workflow management. Manage operational systems, software integrations, and third-party vendors. Troubleshoot operational and system issues to ensure business continuity. Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale operational processes. Develop and maintain operational documentation and best practices. Partner with leadership to optimize operations and implement new technologies when beneficial. Evaluate the existing technology stack and recommend improved systems or processes where appropriate.
