Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Hostess to join one of our restaurant venues in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, polished and guest-focused hospitality professional to become part of a luxury dining environment and create an exceptional first impression for every guest. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Manage reservations, walk-ins and table allocations efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and ensure a seamless arrival experience. Maintain accurate guest information, preferences and special requests. Coordinate closely with the reception, reservations and restaurant management teams. Assist with guest flow during busy services and high-volume periods. Handle guest enquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion. Maintain excellent knowledge of the venue, menu, events and wider group portfolio. Ensure the reception area remains organised, presentable and welcoming at all times. Support VIP guest management and special occasions.
