About this role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and product-driven leader to spearhead Archon FinTech Automation (FTA) . As VP, Head of FTA , you will lead the development of AI-driven business automation tools, initially focusing on governance, legaltech, and financial automation solutions for the Sky Ecosystem . You will work closely with Archon Labs in the early stages, validating product-market fit, before independently scaling a high-performing team. Responsibilities: Lead the development and commercialization of AI-driven automation tools. Build and scale a profitable business within the Sky Ecosystem and beyond. Hire and manage a world-class team, driving execution from incubation to profitability. Develop and validate AI solutions tailored for DeFi organizations. Oversee product roadmap, strategy, and go-to-market execution. Engage with DAOs, DeFi protocols, and other decentralized entities to drive adoption. Ensure seamless transition from Archon Labs’ support to an independent operating unit.
