This role is perfect for a crypto-native engineering leader who excels at balancing technical depth with people management Responsibilities Own the overall output of the backend engineering team - deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure that supports our growing Web3 payments platform Lead, mentor, and grow a team of backend engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning Collaborate with product and protocol teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions Establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, and deployment processes Lead incident response and post-mortem processes to continuously improve system reliability
