Assistant Manager- Full-Time SPAR Express & Texaco Service Station, Kilkenny is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager (Full-Time) to join our team. Working alongside the Store Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of our busy store and forecourt operation. You will lead the team during your shifts and help ensure excellent customer service, strong operational standards, and a positive working environment. The Role: Lead and support the team during shifts to deliver excellent customer service. Take responsibility for the store and forecourt in the absence of the Store Manager. Oversee cash handling and stock control procedures. Ensure high standards are maintained across fresh food, merchandising, and store presentation. Ensure compliance with company procedures, food safety, and health & safety requirements. Support the achievement of sales targets and overall store performance. Benefits: Competitive pay.
