Cork Responsibilities for this role: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. Collaborating with management team to maintain the highest store standards and drive sales throughout the entire store. Providing training, mentoring, and development opportunities for staff members. Managing merchandising and promotional changeovers within the store Supervising order receiving and stock control processes. Ideal Candidate: Enthusiastic, good work ethic and strong interest in developing a career in grocery retail. Fully HACCP trained Min 2 years previous management experience in grocery retail with fresh food focus. Practical hands-on approach to deliver top class customer service.
