The role focuses on anticipating guest needs, managing special requests, and delivering exceptional personalized services. Responsibilities: Provide personalized butler services to VIP and assigned guests Handle guest requests, preferences, and special arrangements Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and F&B for guest needs Handle guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring complete guest satisfaction Arrange dining, transportation, and in-room experiences Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, coffees, and specialty drinks
